InPsync Pty Ltd (“InPsync”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you join our waitlist or register early interest, and how we use and protect it.
InPsync is a digital platform designed to help individuals find mental health professionals whose approach, values, and expertise may align with their needs. At this stage, InPsync is not yet operational — this page exists to collect expressions of interest only.
1. What We Collect
When you submit your details through our waitlist or early access form, we may collect:

- •Whether you are joining as someone seeking a therapist, or as a mental health professional
- •Any optional information you choose to share (e.g. your location, professional body, or areas of interest)
- •Basic technical data such as your device type, browser, and IP address
We do not collect sensitive health information at this stage. Please do not share personal mental health details through the waitlist form.
2. Why We Collect It
We collect this information to:
- •Notify you when InPsync launches or when early access becomes available
- •Understand who is interested in InPsync and tailor our development accordingly
- •Communicate relevant updates about the platform
We will not use your information for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored on secure servers located in Australia. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) to protect your data.
We retain your waitlist information until you request removal, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described above.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:
